Twenty eight years have passed since a group of surgeons trained in the U.S.A. decided to establish the Greek Chapter of the American College of Surgeons aiming to distribute the principles of the American College of Surgeons in Greece.
The objectives of the American College of Surgeons – Greek Chapter are:
to distribute the principles of the American College of Surgeons in Greece to promote surgical science to improve the education and work conditions of surgery
